Overview
Competition management is the backbone of every sports organisation. Fitofan replaces the usual patchwork of spreadsheets, messenger groups and desktop bracket tools with one connected workflow: athletes register online, the system validates their eligibility, draws are generated against your rulebook, the schedule is distributed across every field of play, and results are published the second a bout or heat is confirmed.
Because entries, licences, rankings, judging and payments live in the same database, nothing has to be re-typed between systems. A registration made at midnight is already reflected in the draw, in the accreditation list, in the financial report and in the public start list. Organisers stop reconciling files and start managing the actual event.

Competition management: common questions
- Which competition formats are supported?
- Single and double elimination, repechage, round-robin pools, pool-to-bracket progression, Swiss systems, and score- or time-based classification events. Formats are configured per category, so one event can mix them.
- Can we import an existing entry list?
- Yes. Entries, athletes and clubs can be imported from spreadsheets, and existing athlete records are matched to avoid duplicates.
- Does it work offline at the venue?
- Scoring and check-in devices tolerate short network interruptions and resynchronise automatically once connectivity returns.
- How long does it take to set up our first event?
- Most organisations publish their first event within days. Category templates and rulebooks are configured once and reused for every future competition.
