On Fitofan the federation keeps its club and athlete register, opens online entries for national events, and publishes results and rankings from the same record used to validate eligibility.

Provincial associations and member schools work inside the same structure, so registrations, membership status and competition history stay connected instead of living in separate spreadsheets.
