We are opening ambassador positions across different sports and different countries. Ambassadors introduce Fitofan to federations, clubs and event organisers in their region, support them through their first competitions, and grow with the platform as their market grows.

Commission on every deal
You earn a percentage of the licences, event fees and ticketing revenue generated by the organisations you bring on board — including renewals, not just the first sale.
No cap, no territory limit at the start
Work with as many clubs, organisers and federations as you can serve properly. Strong ambassadors get an exclusive territory.
Career growth
Ambassador → Senior Ambassador → Country Lead → Regional Manager. Each step adds a share of the team's revenue on top of your own.
Paid on-site work
Ambassadors who assist at competitions are paid for event days, with travel covered when there is no local ambassador in the region.
Who we're looking for
The right background matters more than a CV
- —You are active in a sport — as a coach, judge, organiser, club administrator or athlete
- —You know the federations, clubs or event organisers in your country personally
- —You are comfortable demonstrating software and supporting people who are new to it
- —You speak the local language of your market, plus working English
- —You want commission-based earnings with upside, not a fixed salary

Ambassador programme: common questions
Is this employment or a partnership?
It is a commission-based partnership. You work independently on your own schedule, and we pay commission on the revenue you generate. Country Leads move to a mixed model with a fixed component.
Which countries are open?
All of them. We already work with organisations in 60+ countries and we are actively recruiting ambassadors in markets where we have no local representative yet.
Which sports are open?
Any of the 160+ sports on the platform. Combat sports, chess, gymnastics, water sports and team sports are the most active right now.
How much can I earn?
It depends on your market and the size of the organisations you bring in. We discuss exact percentages and examples from comparable markets on the intro call.
Do I need to sell alone?
No. Our team joins your demos, prepares materials in your language and handles contracts, pricing approvals and technical onboarding.
