Seoul hosted the 1st Korea National Combat Ju-Jutsu Championship on July 25–26, 2026, bringing together three participants from two teams for a focused weekend of Combat Ju-Jutsu action.
The programme featured four categories and four divisions, spanning Adult and Cadet age groups. Competitors worked across close-combat, ground-combat and full-combat formats, while the Cadet programme also included self-defense.
Adult divisions drew competitors in close-contact, ground-fight and full-contact competition, creating a varied technical test across striking, grappling and integrated combat skills. Cadets aged 14 to 15 took part in the same core disciplines alongside self-defense, giving the event a balanced multi-format structure.
The championship carried the energy of a compact martial arts gathering, with athletes sharing a programme designed to showcase different dimensions of Combat Ju-Jutsu. Across the two days, the event highlighted discipline, adaptability and competitive spirit.
