Prices are indicative starting points in USD and depend on athlete volume, number of events per season and the modules you activate. Per-event licensing is available for organisers who only run one or two championships a year. Ask for a written quote and we will scope it against your real calendar.

Pricing: common questions
Do you charge per athlete?
No. Plans are priced per organisation with generous athlete allowances. If your athlete base grows past the allowance, we move you to the next tier at renewal instead of billing surprises mid-season.
Can we license only one module?
Yes. Federations often start with the membership system or rankings, and organisers often start with competition management. Modules connect to the rest of the platform whenever you add them.
Is there a per-event option?
Yes. Organisers running one or two championships a year can license Fitofan per event, including entries, draws, judging, results and ticketing for that competition.
How does ticketing and payment processing work commercially?
Ticketing and membership payments run through the platform's payment processor. Transaction fees are separate from your licence and are confirmed in writing before you go live.
How long does implementation take?
Most clubs go live in days. Event organisers are typically ready for their next tournament within two to three weeks. Federation rollouts are scoped per country and usually run four to eight weeks including data migration.
Can we trial the platform first?
We run a live demo on your own data, then set up a sandbox with your structure so your administrators and judges can test the workflow before committing.
